• Any message content or product preferences you share with us

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• IP address

• Browser type and device information

• Pages visited and time on site (via analytics tools)

• Referring URL

If you purchase from our distributors or us, we may also process billing, shipping, and order information.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

• Reply to enquiries and provide the information, samples, or pricing you requested

• Connect you with our authorised stocking dealers where relevant (for example, A&J Vineyard Supply in California)

4. Legal basis for processing (UK and EU)

We rely on one or more of the following legal bases under UK GDPR and EU GDPR:

• Authorised stocking dealers and distributors where you have asked to be connected with a local supplier (for example, A&J Vineyard Supply in Calistoga, California)

• Service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements — including email and CRM platforms, website hosting, payment processors, and analytics tools

• Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose information

• Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business sale

We do not sell your personal data.

• Website analytics: anonymised or aggregated within 14 months
